The room looked nice. The bed was comfortable.
I did find the washing machine covered in dust. It also had an odd smell, a bad sign. I spotted quite a few bugs in the bathroom too, those were unwanted guests. I felt let down by it all.

I stayed in a studio suite that featured a full, well-equipped kitchen. The suite included a washing machine and dryer, very convenient for longer stays.
The bathroom mirror needed a brighter light. It was too dim for doing makeup.

The hotel is within a short walk to Darling Harbour, restaurants, and the central business district. Town Hall is also easily accessible for light rail or metro connections. Nearby, i noticed many cafe and restaurant options.

The studio suite was modern, clean, and spacious (just what i needed!). It had a comfortable king size bed. There was a table, a couch, and a TV. Wi-Fi worked without any problems.

The hotel has a sauna, a nice surprise. There is a cafe right next door, very convenient for a quick breakfast or coffee. The reception operates 24/7, ensuring assistance is always available.

Check-in was easy. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. It was great to know i could ask for extra coffee capsules. Additional items were brought to the room upon request.

The staff were friendly and always available to assist. i found the location very convenient to darling harbour and public transport. i also appreciated the in-room washing machine and dryer. This was very useful. the kitchen was fully equipped, complete with all necessary appliances.
the bathroom had a few bugs. the washing machine had a slight odor. i think enhanced cleaning protocols are needed.
