The location was perfect! though the parking was EXPENSIVE. the check-in process was rather SLOW. I had to wait almost half an hour. Staff seemed understaffed or disorganized.

The staff were friendly and always available to assist. i found the location very convenient to darling harbour and public transport. i also appreciated the in-room washing machine and dryer. This was very useful. the kitchen was fully equipped, complete with all necessary appliances.
the bathroom had a few bugs. the washing machine had a slight odor. i think enhanced cleaning protocols are needed.

the suite featured a separate living area, a full kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. the bedroom included a comfortable king-size bed and ample closet space. all appliances worked well.
